For decades, the Honda Civic has
been one of the most popular compact cars on the road. With its Honda
reliability, reasonable pricing and sporty style, the Civic has dominated the
market. And now the Civic is at it again, already released are the 2017 Civic
sedan and coupes, and now we’re getting the hatchback.
For the first time in over a decade,
Honda will offer the Civic in a hatchback since the seventh-generation model.
Honda plans to use the Civic hatchback as the base for their upcoming Civic
Type R and the Civic Si, the two performance Civics that are due to come out in
the up in the future. In the past the hatchback was the dominant body style for
smaller cars, because small trunks were impractical. But as SUVs and crossovers
became popular, consumers went that route for having cargo space in their
vehicle. But by popular demand, Honda is bringing the hatch back,
